Ingredients
- 60ml Skinos Mastiha Spirit
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- Soda water
Execution
Fill a highball glass with Skinos Mastiha Spirit, lemon juice and basil leaves. Add ice and stir well. Add more ice, top up with soda water and give another stir. Garnish with a large basil sprig.
